We are easy to work with and will make you a no hassle offer, but we need to view the collection/items to make you an offer. We are not in the business to waste your time so feel free to contact us anytime with questions concerning appraisals.
How do you determine buying and selling prices for your coins and collectibles?
Prices are based on current market prices as well as auction results for the items. We use a variety of credible dealer/collector resources for such.
Bullion prices are determined by the precious metals market at the time of your visit- whether buying or selling.
*Due to the SC State Law: Purchases of Precious Metals require a holding time of 21 days.
Why do you need to make a photo copy of my Driver’s License or legal ID?
State law requires this as part of our precious metals permit.
Sellers (and Buyers) of Gold and Silver products Are Not reported to any government agency (see law exception below); this is only a paperwork requirement in the event of a police investigation. Files are maintained for this reason only; we do not share this information unless asked by legal officials.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment or sooner. Please allow adequate time for ground transportation, which varies by destination (3 – 10 days).
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To amend or cancel your order you can reach out to us via phone (803-892-4307) or email ([email protected]) and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Placing orders does not require setting up a user account with us. However, setting up an account will allow you to more easily manage your orders, payment method, and shipping information!

Please understand mistakes and accidents in listings happen and are never meant to misrepresent an item or listing.
Look closely at all PICTURES- keep in mind with paper money and paper items – pinholes are often present and may not be detailed esp if item is more than 100 years old as these are often a common occurrence.
If it states it is a bulk listing THEN your ITEM may not look identical to the pictures. Remember bulk items can be different but match listing by description.

Returns will be accepted when entire lot or shipment is returned within 14 days- No partial refunds or partial shipments.
Original packaging/labels must be with item; unopened if sealed in shrink wrap, plastic or in a presentation/plastic/acrylic case when shipped to you.
For insurance purposes, photos must be taken of exterior box and contents and e-mailed to us if damaged during shipping. No exceptions.
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of valid payment and shipping information. If we are away at a coin show there will be a delay.
